IBS Social Allies

We do not just provide our clients with more insight and perspective; we also extend our expertise to those who need it most. In this way, we help even more people in our society. Our employees, the IBS Social Allies, are eager to contribute the best of themselves to make a difference for others, too. What exactly do they do? It can be anything—from helping with budgeting and job application training to financial planning, financial education, communication, internships, and assistance with problematic debt. For this, we collaborate with our IBS Social Allies: JINC and Impact Matters.

Jinc

JINC fights for a society where your background does not determine your future. That is why JINC helps young people aged 8 to 16, who grow up in environments with high unemployment and few role models, on their way to a good start in the job market. Through the JINC program, they get to know various professions, discover which jobs match their talents and learn how to apply for work. Thanks to JINC, over 65,000 primary school and vocational students each year get the chance to grow.

Impact Matters

Impact Matters strives to harness business expertise to help nonprofit organisations achieve their mission—a win-win-win situation, with a focus on fulfilling societal goals. Together with Impact Matters, IBS Capital Allies supports organisations that aim to reduce financial inequality.

And we support THE CYCLISTS’ ALLIANCE

The Cyclists’ Alliance (TCA) aims to make women’s cycling fairer, more professional, and more equitable by advocating for minimum wages, economic independence, and safer working conditions. We are proud to support this cause. Cycling is already one of the toughest sports in the world and for women, the challenges are even greater. They face low salaries, abuse, and sexual discrimination. TCA provides female cyclists with legal assistance, education, and mental and economic support during and after their careers.

Focus on SDG 10

We focus on supporting the financially disadvantaged in our own way, contributing to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 10: Reduced Inequalities. More and better is always possible, of course. But as we grow together as an organisation, we can increasingly make a difference. In this way, the social impact we make continues to grow step by step.
